BMW E30 3 Series Convertible Presented in Sterling Silver with Recaro Sports Check Interior

Late Example 1992/K E30 Manufactured in September 1992. Supplied new by Dick Lovett BMW of Bristol with only 3 former keepers, last registered keeper since 1998, Low Mileage with Full Service History, Lovely Invoice file with Many Old Service Sheets & Receipts.

We have had the car with us in dry storage since 2013 and have carried out a light restoration including a full refurb of the bodywork, new black mohair roof, new brakes, new battery, fully refurbished wheels, new fog lights and lamps, new badges, oil service and new MOT, totalling £5000 to keep this example in fine order.

The original BBS Wheels have recently had a full strip and refurb back to factory condition. The paintwork itself is in good order and has had some recent work done to it to bring it back to the showroom shine, still showing a deep shine with all of the body panels line-up well and are free from dents or serious scratches.

This classic 3 series has just been treated to a brand new black mohair hood replacement so is water tight and has a crystal clear rear window, and should be good for another 15 years of service. If you're looking at other convertibles please bear in mind that if they are still on their original hoods even if the hood is free from rips and cracks and looks perfectly presentable from the outside, they can still leak significantly at the seams, so a new hood should be budgeted for.

The car remains free from any corrosion. All of the plastic trim including the front and rear bumpers are in good order with no scuffs or unsightly damage.

The grey cloth seats are in excellent condition just showing some wear on the drivers seat bolster. The carpets are clean and tidy throughout and protected in the foot-wells with over-mats, it even has the original stereo from the dealer.

A genuine low mileage and cherished car, with a low number of owners (often these soft-tops pass through a new owner each summer) and with a very good service history.

As such this example is in excellent mechanical condition and drives superbly. A Lovely Classic BMW only going one way in value and a must for any BMW enthusiast.
